Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Appointment

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning will be charged in full and are non-refundable. Since your booking reserves a time slot that could have been filled by another client, same-day cancellations are treated as completed appointments.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Appointment

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled service, you will receive a cleaning credit instead of a refund. This credit will be added to your account and can be used for a future cleaning at your convenience. Simply rebook through our website: https://freesoulcleaners.com.

Cancellations Before the 48-Hour Window

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
